In the racing world the iconic 50HP models, with Vincenzo Trucco and Ferdinando Minoia at the wheel, dominated the Targa Florio and the Florio Cup between 1907 and 1908; in 1913 and 1914, on the other hand, the Isotta Fraschini were the stars of Indianapolis, with the prestigious Tipo IM; the same model which, later, in 1920, a young Enzo Ferrari would select from Alfieri Maserati to participate in three races and win the first podium of his career.

The Tipo 8 (and later versions, Tipo 8A and Tipo 8B), with bodywork by the most prestigious craftsmen of the time, became one of the most iconic symbols of the 20s and 30s and was owned by Popes, politicians, and monarchs, as well as movie stars and individuals belonging to the high society all across the world.
